Previously trading as Surf Mould Pro Newquay, Wave Plugs were designed by Audiologist Tom Brown, to be the most comfortable, secure custom ear protection available, with an acoustic filter allowing you to hear!

For use by swimmers, surfers, bodyboarders, wakeboarders, kite surfers, kayakers, canoeists and every water enthusiast wanting to protect their ears.

Made from soft clinical grade silicone, with the option of a detachable cord (an additional £10)

All our plugs come in a neoprene case to keep them safe. Made from wetsuit offcuts with sustainability in mind.

Impression appointments are with our clinical audiologist with knowledge of all ear conditions and specialising in swimmer's and surfer's ear.

We use video otoscopy, a little camera that allows you to see inside your ear.

Impressions are taken to get the exact shape of your ear. Ears are as individual as fingerprints, this ensures we get the best fit possible.

Wave Plugs are sent to a specialist hearing lab and are 3D scanned using the latest technology. Within 3/4 weeks they will arrive with you.

Your plugs should last many years. If you need spares or replacements, as long as your ears haven't changed shape they will be cheaper as we have your ear shape on file.
